The Intrinsic Impact Project

First real attempt I've heard of to measure arts intangibles.....

New cultural policy principles for government

There's a lot of discussion about the need for new, relevant and pertinent cultural policy, although I don't seem to come accross recommendations for overarching principles that should inform such new policy.

In the attached article to be published shortly by Agenda 21 for culture, I’ve written about two such principles.

These are, that government cultural policy:
• Finds value in the process of arts endeavours at the local level, not just in the end product
• Recognises that everyone’s cultural tastes and affinities are as valid as
