I've been subscribed to the (US) Createquity blog for some time, and it occassionally pops up with some gems that inspire me to re-blog. Createquity also run a great policy resource....

First real attempt I've heard of to measure arts intangibles.....

There's a lot of discussion about the need for new, relevant and pertinent cultural policy, although I don't seem to come accross recommendations for overarching principles that should inform such new policy.
